YNSA

YNSA steht für Yamamoto New Scalp Acupuncture (Yamamoto Neue Schädelakupunktur) und ist ein eigenständiges Therapieverfahren. YNSA wurde von dem japanischen Arzt Dr. Toshikatsu Yamamoto in den 1960er Jahren entwickelt. YNSA arbeitet über Somatotope vornehmlich am Schädel. Den einzelnen Zonen der Somatotope werden Verbindungen zu Körperregionen, Körperfunktionen und Meridianen der Chinesischen Akupunktur zugeordnet. Die zu nadelnden Punkte werden durch Palpation, Bauch- und Halsdiagnostik ermittelt. Die Palette der Indikationen umfasst vor allem Schmerztherapie und neurologische Erkrankungen. YNSA erfordert eine spezielle Zusatzausbildung.
