Aguni-jima (jap. 粟国島) ist eine Insel in der Gruppe der Ryūkyū-Inseln.

Sie hat eine Fläche von 7,64 km² und 890 Einwohner. Sie ist die einzige Insel, die die gleichnamige Gemeinde (mura, „Dorf“) Aguni der Präfektur Okinawa bildet. Fährdienst wird zwischen Aguni-jima und Naha betrieben.
