Arthur White

Arthur White (* 11. September 1881 in England; † 27. September 1924 in Los Angeles) war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler.

Lebenslauf

Seine Karriere begann 1903 mit dem Film Life of an American Fireman, er war einer der ältesten amerikanischen Filme mit einer durchgehenden Handlung. Regie führten George S. Fleming und Edwin S. Porter. Im gleichen Jahr wirkte er als Produktionsassistent bei den Dreharbeiten zu dem Film Uncle Tom's Cabin mit, hier arbeitete er nochmals mit Edwin S. Porter zusammen.

1910 wirkte er in den Filmen Take Me Out to the Ball Game und A Westerner's Way in einer Nebenrolle mit. 1913 verkörperte er die Rolle von Dr. Slammer in den Filmen The Pickwick Papers und The Adventure of the Shooting Party.
