Capital Towers at Brickell ist ein Bauprojekt von zwei Wolkenkratzern in Miami. Der höhere der beiden Türme soll das höchste Bauwerk der Stadt werden. Aufgrund finanzieller Schwierigkeiten wurden die im Jahr 2006 begonnenen Bauarbeiten im Jahr 2009 eingestellt. Jedoch ist nach wie vor der Abschluss der Arbeiten geplant.

Der erste Turm (genannt The Capital at Brickell North Tower, dt. Nordturm) soll 57 Stockwerke zählen und 247 Meter hoch werden, wodurch er das 240 Meter hohe Four Seasons Hotel & Tower als höchstes Gebäude Miamis um sieben Meter übertreffen würde. Der zweite Turm (genannt The Capital at Brickell South Tower, dt. Südturm) wäre mit 230 immerhin das vierthöchste Gebäude der Stadt, nach seinem Zwilling und dem Four Seasons Hotel & Tower sowie dem 233 Meter hohen Wachovia Financial Center. Dieser Turm soll 52 Stockwerke besitzen.

In beiden Türmen sollen Wohnungen entstehen.
