Charles Henry John Benedict Crofton Chetwynd Chetwynd-Talbot, 22. Earl of Shrewsbury, 7. Earl Talbot und 22. Earl of Waterford (* 18. Dezember 1952) ist ein britischer Adliger.

Chetwynd-Talbot ist der Sohn von John Chetwynd-Talbot, 21. Earl of Shrewsbury, und der Nadine Crofton. Als derzeitiger Earl of Shrewsbury bekleidet er das Amt des Lord High Steward of Ireland und ist Mitglied des House of Lords.

Charles Chetwynd-Talbot besuchte die Harrow School in London. Am 28. Dezember 1973 heiratete er Deborah Hutchinson, mit welcher er drei Kinder hat:

  • Lady Victoria Chetwynd-Talbot (* 7. September 1976), verheiratet mit Daniel Goodall
  • James, Viscount Ingestre (* 11. Januar 1978)
  • Edward Chetwynd-Talbot (* 1982)
