Chiswell ist ein kleiner Ort auf der Isle of Portland. (OS Grid reference SY688307240).
Chiswell ist städtebaulich heute nicht mehr von dem größten Ort der Insel Fortuneswell zu trennen, mit dem es verwachsen ist. Es gilt, das die tiefer liegenden Ortsteile auf dem flachen sich kaum aus dem Meer erhebenden Land zu Chiswell gehören, während Fortuneswell sich steil den Hügel hinauf zieht. Chiswell markiert das südliche Ende der Chesil Beach, die hier in einem Chesil Cove genannten Abschnitt ausläuft.
