Compassio

Die Compassio GmbH & Co. KG mit Sitz in Ulm, gegründet 2005, ist ein privater Pflegeheimbetreiber in Rheinland-Pfalz, Baden-Württemberg und Bayern.

Der geplante Umsatz für das Jahr 2010 beträgt 51 Mio. EUR.

Einrichtungen

In den 19 Einrichtungen werden 2.300 Betreuungsplätze für betreuungs- und pflegebedürftige Senioren vorgehalten. 2010 beschäftigt das Unternehmen 1.300 Mitarbeiter. Im Rahmen des Personalentwicklungskonzeptes bildet das Unternehmen 90 Personen speziell in der Pflege aus.

Geschäftsführung

Andreas Weishaupt ist geschäftsführender Gesellschafter und Wolfgang Frühschütz Geschäftsführer, beide leiten das Unternehmen gemeinsam seit Mai 2008. Die Familie Weishaupt aus Schwendi ist mit 83% mehrheitlich an der Gesellschaft beteiligt.
