Die Cyberport GmbH mit Sitz im Dresden ist ein Handelsunternehmen für Informationstechnik, Unterhaltungselektronik, Telekommunikation, Foto sowie Haushaltsgeräte. Das Unternehmen gehört mehrheitlich der Hubert Burda Media.

Cyberport ist in erster Linie ein Onlineshop. Neben dem Onlineshop gibt es aber noch 4 Filialen (2011) in Berlin, Dresden und Leipzig. Im Herbst 2011 soll in Wien die erste Filiale außerhalb Deutschlands eröffnet werden. Onlinebestellungen können auch direkt in einer Filiale abgeholt werden.

Kennzahlen

Im Jahr 2010 hat Cyberport 1.54 Mio. Kunden mit 256 Mitarbeitern und macht 269,4 Mio. € Umsatz. Das Umsatzwachstum beträgt durchschnittlich ca. 30% p.a. (siehe Tabelle). Im Jahre 2010 wurde der Onlineshop von CHIP Online mit der Auszeichnung Shop des Jahres in der Kategorie Notebook gekürt.
