Sechs Schiffe der britischen Royal Navy trugen den Namen HMS Goliath nach dem biblischen Riesen Goliath.

  • Die erste Linienschiff mit 74 Kanonen, das 1781 vom Stapel lief und an der Seeschlacht von Abukir teilnahm. 1815 wurde das Schiff abgebrochen.
  • Die zweite HMS Goliath war ein Linienschiff mit 84 Kanonen, das noch vor seinem 1827 erfolgten Stapellauf in Schraubenantrieb versehen und 1875 durch ein Feuer zerstört.
  • Die vierte HMS Goliath war ein Linienschiff der Canopus-Klasse. Es lief 1898 vom Stapel und wurde 1915 durch das türkische Torpedoboot Muavenet-i Milliye versenkt.
  • Die fünfte und sechste HMS Goliath waren Schlepper, die während des Zweiten Weltkrieges durch die Royal Navy requiriert wurden.
