Hobart Bay ist ein Census-designated place im Panhandle des US-Bundesstaats Alaska. Bei der Volkszählung Census 2000 wurden in Hobart Bay drei Einwohner ermittelt. Somit gehört Hobart Bay zu den neun Städten in den Vereinigten Staaten, die jeweils nur drei Einwohner haben. 1889 gab Lt. Commander Mansfield, ein Mitglied der United States Navy, Hobart Bay seinen Namen. Die Stadt hatte zunächst die Funktion eines Holzfällercamps.
