Sir Isaac Lyon Goldsmid (* 13. Januar 1778 in London; † 27. April 1859 ebenda) war ein britischer Finanzier.

Er war maßgeblich beteiligt an der Gründung der University of London im Jahr 1837. Für seine Verdienste wurde er 1841 zum ersten jüdischen Baronet in England ernannt.[1]

Isaac Goldsmid war ein Vorkämpfer der jüdischen Emanzipation in England und setzte sich für die Zulassung von Juden als Kandidaten für das Parlament ein. Sein ältester Sohn, Francis Henry Goldsmid, wurde später Parlamentsmitglied für den Bezirk Reading.[2]
