Die Kansas City Blues waren eine US-amerikanische American-Football-Mannschaft, die in der National Football League (NFL) spielten.
Teamgeschichte
Die Mannschaft der Blues wurde im Jahr 1924 in Kansas City, Missouri gegründet. Vor der Saison 1925 wurde das Team in Kansas City Cowboys umbenannt. In der Spielzeit 1925 trat das Team lediglich zu Auswärtsspielen an. Die nachfolgende Saison 1926 war die erfolgreichste Spielzeit der Cowboys. Das Team konnte acht von elf Spielen gewinnen und schloss die Saison auf dem vierten Tabellenplatz ab. Trainer der Mannschaft war LeRoy Andrews, der dieses Amt in allen drei Spieljahren innehatte. Andrews war auch als Spieler der Mannschaft aktiv. Nach der Saison wurde das Team von der NFL im Zuge einer Neustrukturierung der gesamten Liga geschlossen.
