Das Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) ist eine in der Schweiz weit verbreitete berufsbegleitende Weiterbildung, die sich an Hochschulabsolventen richten. Für den Abschluss eines CAS müssen mindestens 10 Punkte nach dem Europäischen Kredittransfersystem (ECTS) erreicht werden. Ein CAS schließt mit einem Zertifikat ab. CAS können Teil eines Weiterbildungs-Masterstudiengangs sein. Die CAS-Studiengänge können in der Regel einzeln oder als Modul von MAS- und DAS-Studiengängen absolviert werden.
