Mary Ann Martin (* 11. Januar 1957 in Fenton, Michigan) ist eine ehemalige US-amerikanische Radrennfahrerin.

Mary Ann Martin siegte 1984 bei der Grande Boucle Féminine, die zum ersten Mal ausgetragen wurde. Sie ist die erste und bisher einzige Amerikanerin, die dieses schwere Etappenrennen für sich entschied.
