Milltown (irisch: Baile an Mhuilinn) ist ein Ort im County Galway im Westen der Republik Irland.

Milltown liegt am Oberlauf des River Clare im nördlichen Teil der Grafschaft Galway auf der Nationalstraße N17 zwischen Tuam im Co Galway und Claremorris im County Mayo.[1][2] Von Tuam ist Milltown 11 km, von Galway Gity 47 km entfernt.

Die Einwohnerzahl von Milltown ermittelte der Census von 2006 mit 538 Personen, dies stellte keine Veränderung gegenüber dem Census von 2002 dar.[3]
