Performance Food Group (PFGC) ist ein US-amerikanisches Unternehmen mit Firmensitz in Richmond, Virginia.

Das Unternehmen ist im Lebensmittelsektor tätig und produziert verschiedene Lebensmittelprodukte. Gegründet wurde das Unternehmen 1875. Zu den Marken gehören unter anderem Braveheart, Empire's Treasure, First Mark, Guest House Tea, Heritage Ovens, Ridgecrest, Roma, West Creek und Silver Source.[1]

2008 wurde das Unternehmen von den beiden Investmentunternehmen Wellspring Capital Management und Blackstone Group übernommen. [2] Die Unternehmen Vistar sowie das italienische Unternehmen Roma Foods, die bereits im Besitz der beiden Investmentunternehmen waren, wurden in PFGC integriert.
