Pilaitė ist ein Stadtteil im Nordwesten von Vilnius. Pilaitė grenzt an Karoliniškės. Eine Straße in Pilaitė wurde nach Vydūnas benannt, die heute Vydūno g. heißt. Pilaitė hat 2 Schulen - die Vilniaus Pilaitės vidurinė mokykla und die Vilniaus Martyno Mažvydo vidurinė mokykla. Zudem hat es noch zwei Seen in Pilaitė: Gilužis und Salotė. In Pilaitė findet man heute die letzten sowjetischen Wohnhäuser in Vilnius. Dank den guten Busverbindungen erreicht man Pilaitė ganz gut.
