DIe China International Capital Corporation Ltd. (CICC), ist eine Investmentbank in der Volksrepublik China. Sie ist die erste und bis heute auch die größte Investmentbank des Landes. Das Unternehmen wurde im Jahr 1995 gegründet und ging im Jahr darauf an die Börse Shanghai.
Größte Anteilseigner sind:
- China Jianyin Investment Ltd.: 43,35 %[1]
- Morgan Stanley International, Inc.: 34,3 % (seit Gründung der CICC). Nach Medienberichten vom Herbst 2008 beabsichtigt Morgan Stanley, diesen Anteil komplett zu veräußern.[2].
