Der Regius Professorship of Physic ist eine Professur für Medizin und eine der ältesten Professuren an der Universität Cambridge. Sie wurde 1540 wie die Regius Professuren für Hebräisch, Theologie, Griechisch und Jura durch Heinrich VIII. (England) eingerichtet. Die Bezeichnung Physic ist ein veraltetes englisches Wort für Medizin.
