Robert I. Sutton

Robert I. Sutton (* 1954 in Chicago) ist Professor an der Stanford Graduate School of Business, eine Einrichtung der Stanford University und eine der führenden Business Schools in den USA. Dort arbeitet er in den Bereichen Management Science, Engineering und Organizational Behaviour. Darüber hinaus ist er international für viele Unternehmen als Berater tätig.

Sutton erhielt seinen Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology von der University of Michigan und arbeitete dann an der Stanford University seit 1983. Er lehrte auch an der Haas Business School und war mehrmals Fellow am Zentrum für Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences von 1986-87, 1994-95, und 2002-03.
