Sefer ha-Razim

Das Sefer ha-Razim (hebr. Buch der Geheimnisse) ist ein magisch-mystisches Zauber-Buch, vermutlich in Palästina im 3. nachchristlichen Jahrhundert entstanden, entdeckt bzw. rekonstruiert erst 1963 unter den Fragmenten der Kairoer Geniza.

Es schildert, ähnlich den Hekhalot-Texten, die sieben Himmel, teilt die Namen der darin befindlichen über 700 Engel mit und endet mit einem hymnischen Gotteslob.

Das Buch bietet magische Rezepte für jede Lebenslage, Traumdeutung, Erkenntnis der Zukunft usw.
