Speccy ist ein kostenloses Programm für Systeminformationen. Es ist mit Windows XP, Windows Vista und Windows 7 (sowohl 32-Bit als auch 64-Bit) kompatibel. Von dem Entwickler Piriform stammt auch das bekannte Tool CCleaner.

Auf der Downloadseite versteckt sich unter dem Link Builds neben der normalen Versionen des Programms auch eine portable Version, die ohne Installation nutzbar ist.[2]

Informationen

Das Programm zeigt Informationen über die folgenden Komponenten des Computers an:

  • Prozessor (Marke, Modell, Codename, Fertigungsgröße, Kerne, Sockel, Taktrate, Temperatur)
  • Arbeitsspeicher (Größe, Kanäle, Typ, Hersteller, Taktrate, Latenzzeit)
  • Mainboard (Hersteller, Chipsatz, Chipsatzhersteller, BIOS, Temperatur)
  • Grafikkarte (Auflösung, Bitgröße, Monitor, Grafikkartentyp, Hersteller, Temperatur)
  • Festplatte (Formfaktor, Größe, Hersteller, Typ, Schnittstelle, Partitionen)
  • Laufwerke (Medientyp, Name, Hersteller)
  • Soundkarte (Soundkarte, Abspiel- und Aufnahmegeräte, Codec, Hersteller)
  • Peripheriegeräte (Tastatur, Maus, Drucker, Webcam, USB, etc.)
  • Netzwerk (IP-Adresse, Subnetzmaske, Gatewayserver, DHCP, DNS)

Außerdem enthält es Informationen über das verwendete Betriebssystem (Hersteller, Bitgröße, Installationsdatum, Seriennummer).

Neben den aufgeführten Funktionen zeigt das Programm noch weitere Informationen an.

Die Temperaturen lassen sich entweder in Grad Celsius oder in Grad Fahrenheit darstellen.

Bericht

Der komplette Bericht über alle Informationen lässt sich wahlweise als Snapshot-Datei, als XML-Datei oder als Textdatei speichern.

Speccy hat von der Website Softpedia 4,4 von 5 Wertungspunkten erhalten.[3] Netzwelt.de lobte die einfache Bedienung sowie die Ausführlichkeit und Exaktheit.[4]
