Specific performance bezeichnet im Recht Englands und Wales' ein remedy (etwa ‚Wiedergutmachung‘), die auf Vornahme einer bestimmten Handlung, meist Vornahme der vertraglichen Handlung, gerichtet ist. Es gehört zu den equitable remedies, da nach common law nur Schadensersatz (damages) in Geld gefordert werden konnte.
