Stringozzi ist eine italienische Nudelart.

Die Stringozzi stammen aus der italienischen Region Umbrien und sind von der Konsistens her schon vor dem Kochen weich. Sie sind von der Form her den Spaghettis ähnlich, jedoch deutlich dicker und weicher. Sie bestehen aus Hartweizengrieß, Weißmehl, Eiweiß, Olivenöl und Salz. Man benutzt sie überwiegen in Kombination mit eher deftigen Soßen. Der Name Stringozzi leitet sich vom italienischen Wort stringhe, welches auf Deutsch so viel wie Schnürsenkel bedeutet, welches auch passend die Form der Stringozzi beschreibt.
