Mit Toll Rail wurde seit 2003 ein neuseeländisches Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen betrieben. Der neuseeländische Staat kaufte das Unternehmen im Jahr 2008.
2006 wurde das australische Logistikunternehmen Patrick Corporation übernommen. [2]
