Umzingwane ist ein Distrikt in der Provinz Südmatabeleland in Simbabwe.

Der vom Fluss Umzingwane oder Umzingwani durchflossene Distrikt umfasst semiarides Gebiet, in dem fast ausschließlich Viehzucht betrieben wird, die ihr Zentrum in West Nicholson hat. Der Fluss hat hier sozusagen die Funktion einer landesweiten Viehtränke. In einem Bergwerk in Sansukwe (21° 30′ S, 28° 22′ O-21.528.371944444444) werden Diamanten durch die kanadische Placer Dome Inc. gefördert.
