Die Wellington-Störung ist eine aktive geologische Störung auf der Nordinsel Neuseelands. Sie ist ein Teil eines komplexen Störungsystems, des North Island Fault System, welche die Grenze der Indo-Australischen Platte auf der einen und der Pazifische Platten auf der anderen Seite darstellt.
