Edward Beauchamp Seymour (* 21. Dezember 1561 im Tower of London; † 21. Juli 1612 in Wick) war ein englischer Adliger, Earl of Hereford und Lord Beauchamp.
Edward war der Sohn von Edward Seymour, 1. Earl of Hertford und dessen Gemahlin Catherine Grey. Da die Ehe seiner Eltern ohne Erlaubnis von Königin Elisabeth I. geschlossen wurde, war sie 1561 wieder annulliert worden, was zur Folge hatte, dass Edward quasi illegitim und im Tower geboren wurde.
Seit 1562 war er verheiratet mit Honora († 1608), Tochter des Sir Richard Rogers mit der er folgende Kinder hatte:
- Edward Beauchamp Seymour (1586–1618), heiratete 1609 Anne, Tochter des Robert Sackville, 2. Earl of Dorset
- William (1588–1660), 2. Herzog von Somerset
- Francis (1590–1664), 1. Baron Seymour of Trowbridge
- Honora († 1620), heiratete Sir Ferdinando Dudley
Edward Beauchamp Seymour starb 50-jährig vor seinem Vater.
