Geschichte

Air Bashkortostan führte am 10. April 2006 ihren ersten Flug durch.[1] Das Unternehmen ist ein Zusammenschluss bzw. eine Partnerschaft zwischen der Regierung Baschkortostans und VIM Airlines. VIM Airlines besitzt 74 % der Anteile, die Bundesregierung 26 %.[2]

Die Lackierung ist in den Landesfarben hellblau-weiß-grün gehalten. Der Flughafenbetreiber beschäftigt 101 Mitarbeiter.

Ziele

Derzeit bedient sie den Flughafen Ufa in Ufa (Baschkortostan) sowie den Flughafen Moskau-Domodedowo.
