Das European Journal of International Law (EJIL) ist eine juristische Fachzeitschrift für Europarecht inklusive seinen Bezügen zum übrigen Völkerrecht und zum Recht der Mitgliedstaaten.

Sie wird seit 1990 herausgegeben und erschien bis einschließlich 1992 zweimal jährlich, von 1993 bis 2000 dann viermal jährlich und seit 2001 fünfmal jährlich. Die Redaktion hat ihren Sitz am European University Institute in Florenz. Verlegt wird das EJIL bei Oxford University Press.
