European Migrant Workers Union (EMWU) ist ein europäischer Zusammenschluss von Wanderarbeitern zu einem Berufsverband mit Sitz in München. Er hat die Rechtsform des eingetragenen Vereins. Seine deutsche Bezeichnung lautet Europäischer Verband der Wanderarbeiter (EVW). Gegründet wurde der Verband 2004 auf Initiative der IG Bauen-Agrar-Umwelt.
Die EMWU ist der Berufsverband für die in andere Länder entsandten Beschäftigten im Bereich der Bauwirtschaft und der Land- und Forstwirtschaft. Die meisten EVW-Mitglieder sind Polen, zweitgrößte Gruppe sind Rumänen, außerdem Ungarn, Bulgaren und Türken.
Inzwischen hat der EMWU seine erste "Schwester" in Polen, Polske Stowarzyszenie Pracownikow Migracyjnych
