Alexander Monro III. (* 5. November 1773 in Edinburgh; † 10. März 1859) war ein schottischer Anatom.

Monro folgte seinem Vater (1733–1817) und Großvater (1697–1767) als Professor für Anatomie an der University of Edinburgh.
