Ilokano (Ilocano), auch bekannt als Iloko (Iloco), bezieht sich auf die Sprache und Kultur der Leute aus Ilocos, die die drittgrößte Ethnie der Philippinen bilden. Das Heimatgebiet der Ilocano liegt im nordwestlichen Luzón in der Region Ilocos.
