International Frequency Registration Board

IFRB ist die Abkürzung von "International Frequency Registration Board", einem Standardisierungsgremium zur Frequenzvergabe und Klärung technischer Fragen der Funkübertragung.

Das IFRB wurde 1947 gegründet und 1992 im Zuge der Reform der Internationalen Fernmeldeunion (ITU) mit der Consultative Committee for International Radio (CCIR) zur ITU-R zusammengelegt. Das IFRB heißt jetzt Radio Regulation Board (RRB).
