Die International Lifeboat Federation (ILF) ist ein weltweites Bündnis der Seenotrettungsdienste.
Im Jahr 2004 gehörten ihr 89 Organisationen aus 62 Ländern an, so auch die Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Rettung Schiffbrüchiger (DGzRS). Beheimatet ist die ILF in Poole in der Grafschaft Dorset (GB).
