Jhunjhunun (Hindi: झुंझुनूं, Jhuñjhunūñ) oder Jhunjhunu (Hindi: झुन्झुनू, Jhunjhunū) ist eine Stadt im indischen Bundesstaat Rajasthan. Sie ist Hauptstadt des gleichnamigen Distrikts und hat etwa 119.000 Einwohner (Volkszählung 2011).

Geografie

Jhunjhunun befindet sich auf einer durchschnittlichen Höhe von 323 Metern. Die Stadt ist 180 Kilometer von der rajasthanischen Hauptstadt Jaipur entfernt.

Sehenswürdigkeiten

Jhunjhunun ist bekannt für den Rani-Sati-Tempel, der der Göttin Sati gewidmet ist.
