John Ian Robert Russell, 13. Duke of Bedford (* 24. Mai 1917; † 25. Oktober 2002) war ein britischer Peer und Schriftsteller.
Russell trug zunächst den Höflichkeitstitel eines Lord Howland, 1940-1953 den eines Marquess of Tavistock. Mit dem Tode seines Vaters Hastings Russell erbte Russell 1953 den Titel eines Herzogs von Bedford und den damals damit verbundenen Sitz im House of Lords.
1939 bis zu seiner Verwundung 1940 nahm Russell am Zweiten Weltkrieg bei den Coldstream Guards teil. Danach wandte er sich dem Journalismus zu und war 1940 als Reporter für den Daily Express tätig.
Er schrieb folgende Bücher:

- The Duke of Bedford's Book of Snobs (1965)
- The Flying Duchess (1968)
- How to Run a Stately Home (1971)
Russell war dreimal verheiratet und hatte insgesamt drei Kinder, darunter Henry Robin Ian Russell, 14. Duke of Bedford.
