Sie befindet sich etwa 20 Autominuten von Durban entfernt.
Durch die Höhenlage von 560 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel[1] ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit deutlich niedriger als direkt an der Küste. Mehrere Einkaufszentren, Kneipen und Restaurants, ein 18-Loch-Golfplatz und ein Fitnesscenter sind nur fünf Minuten von der Kloof Falls Lodge entfernt.
Die Kloof Falls Lodge liegt am Rand des Naturreservats Krantzkloof und bietet einen Blick auf den Wasserfall und die Schlucht.
