Der Kuzitrin River ist ein 153 km langer Fluss auf der Seward-Halbinsel im Westen Alaskas. Er entspringt aus dem Kuzitrin Lake im Bering Land Bridge National Preserve, fließt nördlich der Bendeleben Mountains in südwestlicher Richtung und mündet knapp 50 km südöstlich von Teller in das Imuruk Basin, das mit dem Beringmeer verbunden ist.

Zuflüsse des Kuzitrin sind Noxapaga, Kougarok und Pilgrim River,
