Laurentius von Durham

Laurentius von Durham (engl. Lawrence of Durham, lat. Laurentius Dunelmensis), (* 1110/1114 in Waltham; † 1154 in Frankreich) war ein englischer Benediktinermönch, neulateinischer Dichter und Bischof von Durham.

Er trat um 1128 in das nordenglische Kloster Durham ein und wurde 1147/1149 dessen Prior. Im Jahr 1153 wurde er Bischof von Durham. Auf der Rückreise von seiner Konsekration in Rom starb er 1154 in Frankreich.
