Morgan Hill ist eine Stadt im Santa Clara County im US-Bundesstaat Kalifornien, Vereinigte Staaten, mit 37.882 Einwohnern (Stand: 2010). Die geographischen Koordinaten sind: 37,13° Nord, 121,64° West. Das Stadtgebiet hat eine Größe von 30,2 km².

Gegründet am 10. November 1906, die Stadt wurde nach Hiram Morgan Hill, einem San Francisco Einwohner benannt, der einen Landsitzhaus im Jahre 1884 dort baute. Ursprünglich eine Gemeinschaft von Viehbauern, Landwirte und Obstbauern, hat sich das Ort in eine Satellitenstadt für die Hochtechnologie-Industrien in Silicon Valley entwickelt. Der Umriss des El Toro, ein eigentümlicher Hügel der die Stadt im Westen überschattet, ist in dem Siegel und Unternehmenslogo der Stad verarbeitet.
