372 Pearl Street (auch: Verizon Building) ist ein 1974 erbautes Hochhaus in New York. Zurzeit heißt es 1095 Avenue of the Americas. Es steht an der 6th Avenue Ecke West 41st Street. Das Verizon Building ist mit seinen 192 Metern und 40 Stockwerken das 60.-höchste Gebäude in New York City. Ursprünglich wurde das Gebäude für die Telefongesellschaft NYNEX erbaut. Bislang war das Gebäude Sitz der Nachfolgegesellschaft Verizon, die heute Hauptmieter und Namensgeber ist.

Das New York Magazine zählt das Verizon Building zu den acht hässlichsten Gebäuden der Stadt New York. Um das Gebäude und das Design des darauf befindlichen Firmenlogos gibt es zahlreiche Diskussionen.

Das Verizon Building soll 2007 eine andere Fassade bekommen. Eine grün-blaue energieeffiziente Glaswand wird dann die Schwarz-Weiß-Fassade ablösen. Die Equity Office Properties Trust will bis zu 505 Millionen US-Dollar in den Umbau investieren. Das Verizon Building ist eines von vier Hochhäusern in New York City die bis 2009 renoviert werden sollen.
