Ostrvo (serbisch für Insel) ist mit rund 60 km² die größte Insel Serbiens.

Sie liegt in der Donau, östlich von Belgrad bei Kostolac und erreicht eine Länge von 20 km und eine Breite von 3 km. Die Insel ist stark bewaldet und unbewohnt.
