Parilla war ein italienischer Motorradhersteller mit Sitz in Mailand. Das Unternehmen stellte Motorräder in Klassen 125 bis 350 cm³ her. Das Unternehmen existierte von 1946 bis 1967. Das Konzept der Motoren mit 175 cm³ wurde zeitweise auch bei Victoria in Nürnberg eingesetzt.

Im Kartsport sind die 100-cm³-Motoren von Parilla weit verbreitet.
