Die Royal Naval Division (RND), später in 63rd (Royal Naval) Division umbenannt, war eine britische Division im Ersten Weltkrieg.

Sie wurde zu Beginn des Krieges im August 1914 auf Anordnung des ersten Lords der Admiralität, Winston Churchill aufgestellt und bestand aus Marineangehörigen, die auf den Schiffen der Navy keine Verwendung fanden. Den ersten größeren Einsatz erfuhr die Division bei der Verteidigung der belgischen Festung Antwerpen im Jahre 1914. Nach dem Rückzug nach Großbritannien wurde die Truppe zunächst nach Ägypten eingeschifft, bevor sie als eine von zunächst zwei britischen Divisionen zur Unterstützung der Landung der ANZAC (Australien/Neuseeland)Verbände bei Gallipoli und den späteren Gefechten bei Helles und Krithia eingesetzt wurde.

Die 'RND' erlitt bei diesen Gefechten so hohe Verluste, vor allem an ursprünglich seemännischem Personal, dass der Verband nach der Evakuierung der britischen und ANZAC Truppen als reine Infanterietruppe weiterverwendet wurde. Der Verband wurde an die Westfront verlegt, wo er in der Endphase der Somme-Schlacht (1916) in Frankreich zum Einsatz kam.

Die aufgrund ihrer Geschichte einmalige Truppe wurde im April 1919 in Frankreich demobilisiert.
