Secaucus Junction ist ein Turmbahnhof bei der Ortschaft Secaucus in New Jersey, unweit Manhattans. Er wurde am 15. Dezember 2003 eröffnet.

Hier kreuzen sich verschiedene Eisenbahnlinien der New Jersey Transit (NJTransit): Oben die Strecke zwischen Newark und New York City Penn Station, die von mehreren Linien der NJTransit und Amtrak-Zügen befahren wird, unten die Linien Main Line, Bergen County Line und Pascack Valley Line. Während die obere Strecke elektrifiziert ist, verkehren im unteren Teil ausschließlich Diesellok-bespannte Züge. Amtrak-Züge halten derzeit nicht.

Der Bahnhof war ursprünglich als reine Umsteigemöglichkeit für Bahnfahrer gedacht, die Fahrgastzahlen blieben jedoch deutlich unter den Erwartungen. Verbessert wurde die Akzeptanz durch den Bau einer Abfahrt vom New Jersey Turnpike 2005 und schließlich eines Parkplatzes 2009.[1]
