Staff Sergeant ist ein militärischer Dienstgrad in der Unteroffizierslaufbahn englischsprachiger Landstreitkräfte, wie z. B. der US Army oder der British Army. Der amerikanische Staff Sergeant hat den NATO-Rangcode OR-6 und entspricht damit dem Feld- und Oberfeldwebel der Bundeswehr, der britische Staff Sergeant entspricht als OR-7 dagegen dem Hauptfeldwebel.
