Valerie Ann Amos, Baroness Amos PC (* 13. März 1954 in Guyana) ist eine britische Politikerin (Labour Party).
Amos war 2003 kurzzeitig Secretary of State for International Development. Von 2003 bis 2007 übte sie die Ämter des Lord President of the Council und des Leader of the House of Lords aus. Dem Oberhaus gehört sie seit ihrer Ernennung zum Life Peer im August 1997 an.
