ViewSonic ist ein US-amerikanischer Hersteller von Unterhaltungselektronik und einer der bedeutendsten Marken im Segment Monitorfabrikation in den Vereinigten Staaten. Der Sitz des 1987 gegründeten Unternehmens befindet sich in Walnut, Kalifornien. Der weltweit kumulierte Jahresumsatz beträgt ca. eine Milliarde US-Dollar. Gründer, Vorstandsvorsitzender und Geschäftsführer ist der Taiwaner James Chu.

Zur Produktpalette gehören unter anderem CRT-Bildschirme, Flüssigkristallbildschirme, Videoprojektoren, Plasmabildschirme, Smart Displays, HDTV-Technologien sowie Tablet PCs. ViewSonic-Produkte wurden bislang über 2000 Mal durch die Fachpresse ausgezeichnet.

Das vollständige Unternehmenslogo stellt nicht – wie gemeinhin angenommen – eigentliche Papageien sondern Gouldamadinen dar.
