Die World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (kurz: WPBSA) ist der Weltverband für Profi-Spieler in den Billardvarianten Snooker und English Billiards.
Gegründet wurde der Verband 1968, damals noch unter dem Namen Professional Billiard Players Association. Die World Snooker Association ist eine Tochtergesellschaft, die für die Ausrichtung der Snooker Main Tour verantwortlich ist. Dazu gehören sowohl die Weltranglistenturniere, als auch Einladungsturniere wie das Masters. Auch für die Formulierung der offiziellen Regeln ist die WPBSA zuständig.
Der Hauptsitz der WPBSA befindet sich im englischen Bristol. Aktueller Vorsitzender ist Sir Rodney Walker. Unterstellt ist die WPBSA der World Confederation of Billiard Sports, die für Dachverband für alle Billarddisziplinen ist, jedoch selbst keine Turniere organisiert. Darüber hinaus unterliegt sie den Bestimmungen der WADA.
